GMA's Futbolilits premiered!

We can't deny the fact that today, football is now one of the very popular sports in tour country! Evidence? - the thousands of people who went to watch the Philippine Azkals Vs Sri Lanka's Brave Reds for the Game 2 on their roads to FIFA World Cup held on July 3, 2011 in Rizal Memorial Football Stadium, Manila. 

With the fame of football, GMA-7 produced a new series inspired with football. This is "Futbolilits" which was aired a while ago before 24 Oras.
This said teleserye is being led by Raymart Santiago. This is his comeback teleserye after "Bantatay," which whooped high ratings in the previous months. If before he portrayed the character of a dog, this time, he will be a football player who turns to be a coach of the aspiring football player kids!

Jennylyn Mercado, the 1st ever OMG! Yahoo Ph.'s Hottest Actress is the leading lady of Raymart. An on the other hand, the ex-Kapamilya stars Paolo Contis and Angelika Dela Cruz are the protagonists.


The said series is starred also by three talented football kids namely Yogo Singh, Renz Valerio and Isabel “Lenlen” Frial who will comprise the team of Raymart.
Other casts are Nova Villa, Benjie Paras, Julian Trono, Mosang, and Daniel Matsunaga.
Futbolilits is under the direction of Mike Tuveria. The said series replaced Magic Palayok which aired its finale last Friday. Futbolilits! before 24 Oras in GMA.
